As an affiliate of MOAA, SAMOA is an independent, nonprofit organization devoted to preserving earned entitlements and to maintaining a strong national defense. MOAA is the largest military officers' association in the nation, and we are proud to be a part of the organization. Our efforts on a local basis are in direct support of the national organization's goals. In addition, we offer the opportunity to get involved with local and state legislative issues. We also pride ourselves in being a partner in our community to support local efforts to promote patriotism and support our active duty, Guard and Reserve, retired and former military members and their families. We actively seek to build leadership skills and abilities among our young people.

As a SAMOA member, you will have access to expert benefits information and advice, money saving products and services and an opportunity to network and make connections to aid your personal and professional life.

If you are not already a member of the national organization, MOAA, we will give you a free, one year membership with payment of your dues to join SAMOA.
Finally, we offer the opportunity for comradeship with people of similar backgrounds and interests.
